WILD YAM CREAM Body Range lemony aromaThis lightweight topical cream is a concentrated source of plant estrogens, which is beneficial for the skin and additionally promotes a general feeling of wellbeing. Each 1g contains active ingredients 15% wild yam extract equivalent to 450mg fresh wild yam root. Ritual: Massage approximately teaspoon (3 5g) to abdomen, chest, stomach, neck, breasts, inner thighs and inner arms twice daily, rotating the applications (for each application massage into
