As with Teferi, Im not sure how I feel about a card that shuts off a major portion of the game one that is so ingrained in peoples play styles that they forget to play around it

So im working on my 1st REAL competitive deck im 15 hardly have enough money for anything lol but i buy booster packs every week me and my dad bought 2 boxes one mm17 and amonket i pulled sweet cards and put a blue-black control deck together i know i need at least 3 of the really good cards like damnation serum visions etc but i got 2nd place in a 9 person typical modern tournament
