The Oret website allows you to customize your profile to reflect your preferences and interests.

To customize your profile settings, simply go to your dashboard. Tap your name on the top right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear.

On the menu, click on Profile Settings. Clicking on the profile settings will redirect you to a dedicated page where you can modify and update your settings. The page will have your personal information, account settings, edit socials sections and Edit password section. 

In the personal information section, you can add information you haven’t added and then proceed to the account settings.

The account settings will look like the above. If one of the above settings doesn’t reflect your preferences, you can disable the setting. Let’s say you don’t want your profile to be seen on the search. Click the toggle switch before the ‘allow profile seen on search’ setting. 

When you click, a pop-up will appear asking if you want to disable the setting.

When you click yes, it will take you back to the settings, and you will see the button has been disabled. 

You can use the same process to turn any other setting on and off.

Deactivating your account

Deactivating your account is possible on Oret’s platform. You can navigate to your account settings. 

You will see a deactivate my account setting at the bottom of your account settings. When you click the button, it will redirect you to another section.

You can choose to deactivate for 1, 3, or 6 months. Then you click the Deactivate Now button. Your account will remain inactive for the period you have deactivated.
